De Opdracht bestaat uit het integraal beheren en onderhouden van de WKC en de bijbehorende installaties. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde voor de maximale looptijd van acht jaar bedraagt ongeveer € 12.000.000 exclusief btw. De maximale opdrachtwaarde voor de volledige looptijd van de Overeenkomst bedraagt 18.000.000, - exclusief btw.
