Description
In aanvulling op de bestaande gegunde opdracht worden door de gegunde partij alle kaartlezers vervangen ivm de overgang van 2g naar 4g. Op basis van Aw art. 2.163d was dit niet voorzien in de oorspronkelijke aanbesteding en een verandering van opdrachtnemer niet mogelijk is wegens technische of economische redenen.
