Voor u ligt de selectieleidraad behorende bij de Europese niet-openbare procedure voor het sluiten van een beheer- en onderhoudsovereenkomst voor de nautische bediencentrale te Heerhugowaard, op basis van de UAV-GC 2005. Op grond van de beschikbare gegevens en de huidige prognoses wordt de totale omvang van deze opdracht voor het beheer en onderhoud geraamd op circa € 3.000.000,- (exclusief btw) per jaar. Deze raming is slechts indicatief; hieraan kunnen op geen enkele wijze rechten worden ontleend. De Aanbestedende dienst geeft geen enkele garantie omtrent de uiteindelijke omvang van de opdracht en aanvaardt geen aansprakelijkheid voor eventuele afwijkingen ten opzichte van de genoemde raming.
