Der zu vergebende Auftrag umfasst die turnusmäßige Beförderung von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit Behinderungen, die die Franzisikus-von-Assisi-Schule in Au am Inn besuchen, sowie Sonderfahrten bei Bedarf nach gesonderter Beauftragung. Die Franziskus-von-Assisi-Schule, ein Förderzentrum mit Förderschwerpunkt geistige Entwicklung, umfasst eine Schule (1. bis 12. Schuljahr) und eine Schulvorbereitende Einrichtung (ab 3.
