Het doel van deze Europese openbare aanbesteding is het sluiten van een Raamovereenkomst met één marktpartij voor de levering van bedrijfskleding, schoeisel en PBM's incl. aanverwante dienstverlening (dus ook: reiniging). Het doel van deze Europese openbare aanbesteding is om met de Inschrijver met de Economische Meest Voordelige Inschrijving op basis van de beste Prijs-Kwaliteitsverhouding één (1) Raamovereenkomst te sluiten.
