Description
HbR is bezig met de herontwikkeling van haar terrein aan de Eemhavenweg 10-14. Het bestaande terrein wordt gesplitst en opnieuw ingericht in twee delen. De nieuwbouw heeft een ambitieus doel meegekregen op gebied van duurzaamheid, zodat het bijdraagt aan de klimaatdoelen van HbR om de CO2-uitstoot van haar eigen bedrijfsvastgoed te reduceren. Als ontwikkelaar van de haven zet het HbR in om de haven te ontwikkelen tot de plaats waar de energietransitie vorm krijgt. Nederland staat voor de uitdaging om binnen 30 jaar de economie en de samenleving vrijwel CO₂-neutraal te maken. De nieuwbouw wordt een thuis voor diverse afdelingen en opleidingen van de Divisie Havenmeester en de afdeling Asset Management.
