Description
De Openbare Bibliotheek Amsterdam is van, voor en door Amsterdammers en al meer dan honderd jaar een onmisbare basisvoorziening in de regio Amsterdam. Met 28 vestigingen vormt de OBA gastvrije, laagdrempelige en veilige plekken in alle wijken waar mensen elkaar ontmoeten en iedereen vrij toegang heeft tot kennis, informatie en cultuur. De scope van deze aanbesteding betreft het leveren van een applicatie voor: HRM-payroll Finance Facturatie Inkoop Projectadministratie. Deze applicatie dient de genoemde functionaliteit als een geïntegreerde toepassing te leveren (één (1) applicatie). Deze applicatie dient als een Software as a Service (SaaS-dienst) te worden geleverd. Opdrachtgever wenst een overeenkomst voor de looptijd van vijf jaar. 3 Finance professionals 2 HR professionals 315 standaard gebruikers (vooral raadplegers) 30 externe gebruikers (zoals vrijwilligers).
