- Quality — 2. Duurzaamheidsinspanningen (20 punten)
- Price — De prijs wordt beoordeeld op basis van het totaalbedrag van de inventaris. De laagste prijs krijgt telkens het maximale aantal punten; de overige prijzen een pro-ratascore.
