Bei dem zu errichtenden Gebäude handelt es sich vollumfänglich um einen Neubau.Das Erdgeschoss des 10-gruppigen Kindergartengebäudes erstreckt sich über eine Grundflächevon ca. 20 m x 51 m und ist nicht unterkellert. Auf gesamter Fläche des Erdgeschoßen wird ein 1.Obergeschoß errichtet, welches wiederum mit einem teilweise begrünten und zum Teil mit einerPhotovoltaikanlage bestücktem Flachdach versehen ist.Bei der Konstruktion des Gebäudes handelt es sich um einen Massivbau. DieErdgeschoß-Bodenplatte, alle Geschoßdecken des Gebäudes, der Aufzugschacht sowie statischerforderliche Stützen und Innenwände werden aus Stahlbeton hergestellt.Das gesamte, nicht unterkellerte Gebäude wird auf Streifen- und Einzelfundamenten gegründet.
