Das 1893 errichtete Baudenkmal wird generalsaniert und erhält einen Neubau als Erweiterungsbau, welcher an das Baudenkmal angebaut wird. GESAMTGRÖSSE: NRF 7.600 m2, BGF 10.000 m2, BRI 38.000 m3, davon betreffen den Neubau NRF 3.500 m2, BGF 4.200 m2, BRI 20.000 m2. Neubau ca. 44 x 11 m, Massivbauweise, WU-Beton, Stahl-Verbundbauweise, 2 Untergeschosse, 3 Obergeschosse, große Spannweiten. Einige Gewerke benötigen denkmalspezifisches Fachwissen und besondere fachliche Eignung.
