<br/>L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande.<br/>Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires.<br/>Le présent marché a pour objet l'entretien et la maintenance des ascenseurs, plateformes PMR, monte-charges, (détail dans l'État des prix forfaitaires) pour les bâtiments communaux et les bâtiments C.C.A.S. Il s'agit d'un marché à prix mixtes : - à prix forfaitaires pour les prestations d'entretien minimal ou étendu dont la liste et les caractéristiques sont indiquées dans l'État des Prix Forfaitaires (article 1.2. "Prestations d'entretien" du CCTP) ; - à bons de commande pour les prestations complémentaires hors entretien (article 2. "Travaux complémentaires hors entretien" du CCTP) <br/>
