<br/>L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande.<br/>Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires.<br/>Le présent appel d'offres a pour objet la conclusion de marchés à bons de commande pour la réalisation de missions de contrôle technique nécessaires pour les opérations de travaux de moyenne importance dans les bâtiments communaux et les bâtiments CCAS de la ville de ROUEN. Le présent marché a pour objet l'intervention du contrôleur technique concrétisée par des avis dans les conditions de l'article L.111-23 du code de construction et de l'habitation et portant sur les natures et domaines définis à l'article 3.<br/>
