Achtergrond van de Opdracht: Voor de TBB van Douane en FIOD is er behoefte aan een nieuwe raamovereenkomst om deze teams op te leiden, te trainen en getraind te houden. Het gaat om opleidingen en trainingen in het fysieke domein: 1) Basisopleiding OG (alleen TBB Douane); 2) Opleiding beveiligd rijden en overbrengen; 3) Applicatiedagen (trainingen waarvan de invulling nader te bepalen is) (alleen TBB FIOD); 4) Opleiding Heimelijke afscherming (alleen TBB FIOD).
