Description

Le présent avis concerne un dépôt de candidature. Ce projet d'accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire est passé en procédure avec négociation en application des articles R.2324-3 et R.2361-8 à 2361-12 du code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre à bons de commande est passé avec un montant minimum de 40 000 Euros HT sur 7 ans et un montant maximum de 8 000 000 Euros HT sur 7 ans. En application des dispositions de l'article L.2111-3 du code de la commande publique, l'exécution du marché comporte une clause d'insertion sociale obligatoire.
