Description
Hankinnan kohteena on 14 kappaleen Barco FS40 projeketorien (tai vastaavan) kilpailuttaminen ilman linssejä sekä 6 kpl langallisia kaukosäätimiä kyseiseen malliin. Asiakas voi ilmoittaa tuotemerkin hankintalain 71 §:n 3 mom. mukaisesti. Asiakkaalla on käytössä tällä hetkellä Barco FS35 malli, joka tullaan korvaamaan uudella tuotteella. Vanhoista projektoreista asennetaan linssit uusiin projektoreihin sekä käytetään muita varaosia myöhemmässä vaiheessa , joten tarjottavan tuotteen tulee olla yhteensopiva Barco FS35 kanssa. Vastaavan merkin tulee sopia mekaanisesti samoihin asennuspaikkoihin, missä nykyiset projektorit sijaitsevat. Projektorit tulee voida asentaa sekä pysty- että vaakatasoon tilasta riippuen. Lisäksi vastaavan tuotteen tulee olla yhteensopiva SimCoreIG-ohjelmiston kanssa. Tämä testataan ennen varsinaista hankintaa. Jos tarjoaja tarjoaa muuta vastaavaa merkkiä, tulee tarjoajan antaa tästä todistus, että kyseinen tuote on vastaava kuin nyt kilpailutettava tuote ja Barco FS35 mallin linssit sopivat tarjottuun tuotteeseen. Lisäksi tarjoajan tulee suostua toimittamaan kaksi (2) kappaletta tarjoamaa tuotetta testikäyttöön ennen hankintapäätöksen tekemistä.
