Description

The service under procurement serves development programmes and their beneficiaries through supporting the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs’ Economic Cooperation and Development Division (SECO-WE) in maintaining and further developing Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) systems. The mandate focuses on meta-evaluating and synthesizing project evaluations and on measures towards improving evaluation management and quality.
