Description
The Project consists of the construction of the following Buildings: – Chancery Building – Residence Building – Multi-Purpose Building – Services Buildings – Landscaping works The buildings are B+G+2 except for the Services Buildings that are G+0. The works and services to be constructed are as follows: – Excavation & Earth work, Concrete works, Masonry works, Roofing and Roof covering, Carpentry and Joinery, Metal works and Glazing, Finishing, Painting, Sanitary, Electrical Works and Security Works of the Embassy buildings and related and Landscaping Works and site works. – The Client has the right to construct the blocks by phase.
