Description
Latentin tuberkuloosin diagnostiikkaan käytetään tutkimusta B -TbIFNg, joka on toistaiseksi NordLabin alueen näytteiden osalta hankittu HUS Diagnostiikkakeskukselta. NordLab:lla on olemassa valmiina tutkimuksen tekemiseen soveltuvat laitteistot (Liaison XL, Diasorin). Tutkimuksen kotiutuksen tarve on sekä taloudellisesti, että kliinisesti perusteltua. Tutkimuksen tekemiseen on tarjolla kaupalliset CE-IVD-merkityt testireagenssit vain yhdellä testitoimittajalla (QuantiferonTB Gold, Qiagen).
