Description

Gegenstand des Auftrags ist a. die Bereitstellung einer MobilitätsApp in Form eines Software as a Service, nebst der zur Verfügungstellung der dazugehörigen Zugangssoftware. b. die Erstellung bzw. Anpassung von der SaaS-Lösung auf der Grundlage eines Werkvertrages sowie die Pflege nach Abnahme und / oder die Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung der SaaS Lösung an die Bedürfnisse des Auftraggebers. c. zudem ist der Auftraggeber im Umgang mit der Software zu schulen. Der Vertrag beginnt mit Zuschlag und hat eine Mindestvertragslaufzeit von 24 Monaten.
