Het ministerie van Algemene Zaken, Dienst Publiek en Communicatie (hierna: DPC) heeft een Raamovereenkomst afgesloten met de combinatie Verian en Validators B.V., bestaande uit Mantle Netherlands B.V. handelend onder de naam Verian en Validators B.V., inzake campagne-effectonderzoeken. De Overeenkomst is ingegaan op 1 september 2024. De periode tussen 1 september 2024 en 1 november 2024 geldt als implementatieperiode.
