Description
Upphandlingen avser drift, service och underhåll av hissar, inom beställarens fastighetsbestånd. Avtalstid är två (2) år med möjlighet till förlängning med två + två (2+2) år. Drift omfattar ett serviceavtal som ska säkerställa funktion över tid genom planerat periodiskt- och förebyggande underhåll samt felavhjälpande insatser. Avtalsstart beräknas till 2025-01-01. Avtal avses att tecknas med en leverantör, förutsatt att antal inkomna och godtagbara anbud föreligger.
