Avis de pré information en vue de la publication d'une maîtrise d'oeuvre d'envergure sur la cité Campagne Lévêque, située dans le 15ème arrondissement de Marseille. Enveloppe travaux prévisionnelle : 73 050 000,00 euro(s) HT La consultation fera l'objet d'une procédure avec négociation (Article R2124-3 3° Prestations de conception, R2372-1 et suivants - Code de la commande publique). La consultation sera publiée courant septembre 2024 pour une remise des candidatures aux alentours de fin octobre 2024. Conformément aux dispositions du Code de la commande publique, la consultations sera divisée en deux phases : - Phase n°1 - Sélection des candidatures admises à remettre une offre ; - Phase n°2 - Sélection de l'offre la plus économiquement avantageuse.
