Contrat de concession de service public pour le financement, la conception et la réalisation des travaux de rénovation du Cinéma « Le Grand Large » et la gestion / exploitation dudit cinéma Le contrat comportera une tranche ferme et une tranche optionnelle. Variantes : oui Offre de base : réalisation d'un minimum de 1,6M euro(s) HT d'investissement en propre concessionnaire pour une durée de contrat de 18 ans à compter du 1er août 2025 Variante 1 : réalisation d'un minimum de 1,3M euro(s) HT d'investissement pour une durée de contrat de 15 ans à compter du 1er août 2025 Variante 2 : réalisation d'un minimum de 850 K euro(s) HT d'investissement pour une durée de contrat de 10 ans à compter du 1er août 2025
