Description
The aim of this procurement is to get a partner who can work with us to: • Go powerful to the market and profile our advertised positions through recruitment campaigns that contribute to as many qualified applicants as possible for our positions in the event of job announcements. This primarily applies to campaigns for positions that can cover different competence areas. • Developing the current concept for a recruitment campaign within technology, but must also be able to develop new concepts within other disciplines in Avinor that harmonise with the current concept for technology positions. • Differentiating Avinor through recruitment campaigns as an attractive employer in line with our reputation and brand platform, communication strategy (see annex including tone of voice EMBRA), and our employer branding strategy.
