Description
The agreement applies to Avinor AS. Avinor has a strategy and a technological vision which suggests that there is a need for changed and improved HR system support. This is due to the fact that Avinor does not currently have optimal and satisfactory system support connected to HR processes and that the suite of Avinor's HR technology does not meet the current and future needs. The current situation is characterised by a high degree of manual processes and a lack of appropriate integrations. The aim of the procurement is to ensure that Avinor has a modern and future orientated support for its processes in the HR area. The tool support shall facilitate user friendliness, efficiency, general thinking and compliance with the law and security requirements. The system shall, among other things, contribute to: • Reduced costs for HR and more efficient operation in HR • A joint HR master data structure and an integrated system landscape. • Automation, work flow and continual improvement of HR processes. • Possibility for data-driven decisions • Compliance with rules for processing and storing personal data.
