Description
The aim of the procurement is to ensure that Avinor has a modern and future orientated support for its processes in the HR area. The tool support shall facilitate user friendliness, efficiency, general thinking and compliance with the law and security requirements. The system shall, among other things, contribute to: - Reduced costs for HR and more efficient operation in HR. - A joint HR master data structure and an integrated system landscape. Automation, work flow and continual improvement of HR processes. - Possibility for data driven decisions - Compliance with rules for processing and storing personal data.
