Description
skeyes has the intention to take out through this procurement contract a legal liability insurance arising out of skeyes activities. The procurement consists of two (2) lots: - Lot 1: Legal Liability Insurance arising out of aviation activities and duties as the Belgian Air Traffic Control and Air Navigation Service Provider; insured limit of (minimum) 1,250,000,000, - EUR any one occurrence and in the annual aggregate in respect of Products Liability; including War and Terrorism Liability insurance (extension clause AVN52E) with an insured limit of (minimum) 250,000,000, - USD any one occurrence and in the annual aggregate. - Lot 2: War and Terrorism Liability insurance (extension clause AVN52G); insured limit of (minimum) 1,000,000.000, - USD any one occurrence and in the annual aggregate in exess of 250,000,000, - USD (primary policy).
