Description
TenneT uses a cloud-based software solution from Avature for recruiting and plans to expand it with a performance management system based on the same platform. By digitizing and consolidating performance reviews and linking them to career and development goals, the introduction of the performance management system will create a solid foundation for strategic succession planning and talent development at TenneT. The expansion of an existing tool will lead to greater efficiency and consistency in the IT landscape.
