Lepingu esemeks on Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu määruse (EÜ) nr 1370/2007 tähenduses sõitjate vedu ATL-i alusel Harju maakonna Saku valla bussiliinidel eeldataval perioodil 01.09.2025 – 31.08.2030, sh sõidupiletite müügi ja muude avaliku teenindamise kohustusega kaasnevate teenuste ning nende üle järelevalve teostamise korraldus RHAD-s ja selle lisades ettenähtud tingimustel.
