Description
Er wordt een Europese openbare aanbesteding georganiseerd om een leverancier te contracteren. We contracteren één leverancier die audiovisuele middelen levert, implementeert, onderhoudt, service verleent en verantwoordelijk is voor de ongestoorde werking. Voor meer informatie over de opdracht verwijzen wij u naar het bijgevoegde bestek. De waarde van de opdracht is maximaal 2,4 mio Euro inclusief btw voor de lokalen en leerpleinen (zie prijzenblad voor aantallen). We verwachten voor de vergaderruimten (zie prijzenblad voor aantallen) maximaal 150.000 Euro inclusief btw uit te geven. De totale maximale omvang van de opdracht over de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst is 3,25 mio Euro inclusief btw. Aan dat bedrag kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
