Description
Deze overheidsopdracht voorziet de automatisering en het beheer van de belangrijkste bedrijfsprocessen van de aanbestedende overheid d.m.v. de implementatie van een geïntegreerd softwaresysteem (‘Enterprise Resource Planning’ of ERP) op basis van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. De uitvoering van de opdracht omvat volgende dienstverlening: - detailanalyse: fit/gap-analyse van de interne bedrijfsprocessen; - implementatie van de nieuwe ERP-toepassing: implementatie en programmatie installatie, configuratie en parametrisatie opleiding en opstartbegeleiding
