Suorahankinnalla katetaan ylimenokausi uuden sopimuksen alkuun arviolta 1.4.2025 saakka, tai siihen asti kun uudet sopimukset ovat voimassa. Suorahankinnalla taataan kunnan omajohtoisten työmaiden toiminta, katujen kunnossapidon toiminta sekä vesihuollon toimintavarmuus, jo loppuneen sopimuskauden sopimuksia jatketaan niiden halukkaiden urakoitsijoiden kanssa, joilta tällä hetkellä ostetaan palvelua. Sopimus ei koske konevuokrausta ilman kuljettajaa
