Die KKH strebt Excellence in der Digitalisierung an. Dazu möchte die KKH externe Expertise für diverse Digitalisierungsinitiativen und Projekte sowie den Linienbetrieb einkaufen, um Unterstützung durch den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess hinweg sicher zu stellen. Beraterleistungen Die geforderte Beratungsleistung umfasst eine maßgebliche fachliche und inhaltliche Mitarbeit in / zu den o. g. Themen über den gesamten Linienbetrieb und Projektlebenszyklus (Analyse des Status quo, Entwicklung von Fachkonzepten, Pilotierung, Umsetzung und Nachhaltung). Weitere geforderte Leistungen sind darüber hinaus das kontinuierliche Einbringen von Expertenwissen sowie der Transfer von Best Practice-Ansätzen aus der GKV. Gängige Instrumente und Methoden des Changemanagements werden dabei eingesetzt und das IT-Anforderungsmanagement berücksichtigt. Ergeben sich bei der Bearbeitung der vorgenannten Aufgabenstellungen Veränderungsvorschläge in Bezug auf die Organisation (Ablauf- und Aufbauorganisation) sowie die Automatisierungspotenziale, sind diese mit zu berücksichtigen.
