Im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung beabsichtigt die Saarland-Sporttoto GmbH als Auftraggeber (nachfolgend SST oder AG genannt), die Bereitstellung und den Betrieb seines Annahmestellennetzes mittels Ausschreibung an einem Provider (nachfolgend Bieter oder AN genannt) neu zu vergeben.
