Description
Der Bayerische Ministerrat hat am 06.11.2022 beschlossen, im Rahmen des Energie- und Klimapakets Photovoltaikanlagen auf und im Bereich von staatlichen Gebäuden nachzurüsten. Das Bayerische Staatsministerium für Ernährung, Landwirtschaft, Forsten und Tourismus plant daher im Rahmen einer Gesamtmaßnahme die Installation und den Betrieb von Photovoltaik-Anlagen auf einer Vielzahl von Liegenschaften in ganz Bayern mit einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 2,1 ha. Das Bayerische Staatsministerium für Wohnen, Bau und Verkehr hat die voraussichtlich geeigneten Flächen vorab ermittelt. Die PV-Anlagen sollen sowohl auf den Dächern von Gebäuden als auch über Parkplätzen, sofern sinnvoll und vorhanden, installiert werden. Das Gesamtvorhaben bezieht sich auf Photovoltaikanlagen in allen Regierungsbezirken in Bayern. Der AG hat daher Planerverträge als Stufenverträge (Leistungsbilder: Technische Ausrüstung inkl. Brandschutz, Tragwerksplanung) gemäß §§ 97 ff. GWB ausgeschrieben.
