Das Gebäude ist leer gezogen und auch während der Bauphase nicht in Betrieb. Bei dem vorhandenen Gebäude handelt es sich um ein 3- geschossiges, nicht unterkellertes Gebäude, das als straßenbegleitender Riegel ausgebildet ist.
