Description
Der Neubau „Radlernest“ist ein monolithischer, zweigeschossiger Mauerwerksbau aus ungefüllten Hochlochziegeln, gegründet auf einer elastischen Bodenplatte (165 m²) aus Stahlbeton. Stürze und Gurtungen werden in Stahlbeton ausgeführt. Das Gebäude erhält einen Aufzugsschacht aus Ortbeton. Gurte, Stürze und Wände aus Stahlbeton haben teilweise Sichtanspruch. Das 42,5er Mauerwerk wird außen verputzt, innen wird es "nur" geschlemmt, daher ist auf eine präzise Ausführung der Mauerwerksarbeiten zu achten (Sichtanspruch). Ausgeschrieben wird ein barrierefreier Personenaufzug ohne Maschinenraum, mit zwei Haltepunkten.
