Description
Die Städtische Wohnbau Backnang GmbH plant auf dem Gelände Mühlstraße 7/1 in Backnang sozial geförderten Wohnraum zu schaffen. Die Planungs- und Bauleistung soll an einen Generalübernehmer vergeben werden, der auf Grundlage einer funktionalen Baubeschreibung ein Bebauungskonzept auf dem zur Verfügung stehenden Grundstück entwickelt. Im Einzelnen ergibt sich der Leistungsumfang insbesondere aus der Allgemeinen Vergabeunterlage nebst Anlagen, die unter der in Ziffer I.3) angegebenen URL zum uneingeschränkten, vollständigen und gebührenfreien Abruf zur Verfügung steht.
