Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt Leistungen aus dem Bereich Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie: Leistungsbereich I - zentrale Dienste & Anwendungen (auftragnehmereigene Hardware, zentrale Struktur, Bereitstellung, Betrieb & Wartung): Bereitstellung und Betriebsführung der zentralen Infrastruktur (Rechenzentren etc.) inkl. Hardware-Ressourcen, Systemdienste/Fachanwendungen für den weltweiten Informations- und Kommunikationsverbund. Leistungsbereich II - Lokale IT-Umgebung (auftraggebereigene Hardware, dezentrale Struktur, Betrieb & Wartung): Operational Management, System-Backup/Recovery, Change Management, Incident-/Problemmanagement. Leistungsbereich III - LifeCycle-Management (auftraggebereigene Hardware, Einzelkomponenten/-geräte, Betrieb & Wartung): Beratung Informationstechnologie; Dokumentation/Verwaltung von IT-Komponenten; Koordination LifeCycle-Managementprozesses. Leistungsbereich IV - Support (pauschal). Leistungsbereich V - Projektmanagement/IT-Schulungen (nach Einzelauftrag).
