Description
Das Max-Planck-Institut für Chemische Physik fester Stoffe benötigt für die Modernisierung einer bestehenden Photoelektronenspektroskopie (XPS) - Anlage folgende Komponenten: eine neue monochromatische Al-Kα-Röntgenquelle, eine Ionenquelle zur Erstellung von Tiefenprofilen und zur Probenreinigung sowie eine Flood Gun zur Ladungskompensation bei Photoemissionsmessungen an isolierenden Proben. Eine detailierte Beschreibung der benötigten Komponenten, befindet sich in der Anlage "Leistungsverzeichnis XPS Upgrade". Unternehmen die in der Lage sind geeignete Komponenten anzubieten, werden gebeten sich bis zum 01.08.2025 bei uns zu melden.
