Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou auditorské služby poskytované podle zákona č. 93/2009 Sb., o auditorech, za roky 2025, 2026, 2027 a 2028 a to pro každý rok v rozsahu: - provedení auditu konsolidované a nekonsolidované výroční zprávy MERO ČR, a.s. a skupiny MERO, jejíž součástí je účetní závěrka zpracovaná podle mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví (dále jen „IFRS").
