De Open Universiteit (OU) heeft behoefte om een inkooptraject te starten voor Audiovisuele middelen inclusief de bijbehorende dienstverlening. Reden voor het starten van een inkooptraject is: De ingebruikname van de locatie Den Haag en de daarvoor benodigde Audiovisuele middelen en dienstverlening. Het preventief aanbesteden ten behoeve van de overige locaties, zodat bij een inkoopvraag uit de organisatie, snel en rechtmatig kan worden ingekocht.
