Description
De Veiligheidsregio Utrecht (VRU) is op zoek naar een leverancier die de diverse locaties binnen de VRU kan voorzien van audiovisuele middelen en standaard presentatieschermen. Op dit moment gaat het om 56 locaties, maar het is niet uitgesloten dat in een later stadium tijdens de looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst ook andere locaties voorzien dienen te worden. De initiële omvang van de Opdracht is als volgt: - 46 x 75 inch schermen inclusief ophangsysteem; - 10 x 85 inch schermen inclusief ophangsysteem; - 13 x all-in-one hybride videoconference systeem; - software t.b.v. hybride vergaderen (licensies/beheersoftware).
