Description
Huidige situatie: Al jaren ziet de afdeling Communicatie & PA een toename van de inzet van video als communicatiemiddel. Of het nu uitleggen is via een animatie of het vertellen van een ervaring door een monteur. Daarnaast zien we dat er meer en meer behoefte komt aan podcasting en audiofragmenten of wellicht zelfs Enexis-radio. Een leverancier moet vanuit visie op de toekomst met ons hierin willen meedenken en ontwikkelen. Scope Audiovisuele communicatiediensten: • Video-opname en editing; • Animatie; • Audio-opname zoals voice-overs en podcasts; • Vormgeving van thumbnails; • Scripting; • Casting en afkopen van portretrechten; • Concept- en formatontwikkeling voor bijvoorbeeld videoseries en scripts. De afgelopen jaren kent AV-communicatiediensten een spend van +/- €400.000 per jaar excl. btw. Doelstelling: Het aanbesteden van een betrouwbare, creatieve partner die Enexis ontzorgt in het produceren van AV-communicatiediensten. Met als uiteindelijk doel te beschikken over: • Verbetering kwaliteit van AV-communicatiediensten; • Inkopen van AV-communicatiediensten volgens wet- en regelgeving; • Impactvolle communicatie.
