De levering voor nieuwe, Microsoft Teams gecertificeerde, apparatuur is verdeeld in drie (3) type ruimtes: Klein, Middel en Groot. In totaal verwachten wij circa 36 ruimtes in te richten met nieuwe apparatuur in 2025 - 2026 en daaropvolgend jaarlijks circa 10 nieuwe vergaderruimtes per jaar. De verwachte aantallen zijn ter indicatie en zijn derhalve niet leidend. Voor een gedetailleerde omschrijving wordt verwezen naar het Programma van eisen (PvE), bijlage 1
