Description
NPO heeft voor het publiceren van Audio de volgende inkoopstrategie bepaald. Het publiceren van audio richt zich op het uitzenden van radio op FM, DAB+, streams en het publiceren van audiocontent naar online kanalen. Het is voor de NPO van belang dat er een beperkt aantal leveranciers betrokken is in de gehele publicatieketen audio. De NPO heeft de voorkeur voor één contractpartij die als hoofdverantwoordelijke fungeert voor de Audiodienstverlening. Deze partij neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de publicatieprocessen voor audio en video content behorende bij audioprocessen op zich in geval van verstoringen en noodzakelijke veranderingen, ook al zijn niet alle onderdelen bij deze partij gecontracteerd. Het is uiteraard toegestaan in combinatie met een onderaannemer aan te bieden. Gezien de veranderende omgeving en de financiële druk op de Publieke Omroep wil de NPO zich op dit moment binnen de Audiodienstverlening niet per definitie committeren aan grootschalige vernieuwingen/ of vervangings-trajecten. De NPO ziet zichzelf voor wat betreft de publicatieprocessen van audiocontent als een regie-organisatie die alle uitvoerende taken indien mogelijk en passend binnen de doelstell…
