Die European X-Ray Free-Elektron Laser Facility GmbH baut den Europäischen Röntgenlaser XFEL auf den Betriebsgeländen (BG) Bahrenfeld, Osdorfer Born und Schenefeld. Auf dem Betriebsgelände in Schenefeld soll ein Besucherzentrum ("XHV") mit Konferenzräumen, Ausstellungsräumlichkeiten und Schülerlaboren errichtet werden. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Arbeiten für die Außenanlagen.
