Description
Die bestehende Mensa des Schulzentrums in Lindenberg wurde in den 70er Jahren erbaut und wird derzeit von der Mittelschule und der Realschule genutzt. Der Schulverband Mittelschule Lindenberg beabsichtigt das Bestandsgebäude in ein attraktives Schülerrestaurant umzubauen. Aus diesem Grund wird das bestehende Gebäude generalsaniert. Aktuell ist die Zuwegung von der Südseite nicht barrierefrei, daher soll die bestehende Treppenanlage zum Teil zu einer Rampe umgebaut werden, welche um ein neues Holzdeck herumführt. Teile des Schulhofs werden neu gepflastert und eine kleine Pflanzfläche wird eingebaut. Im Bereich der Baugrube wird das bestehende Pflaster wieder eingebaut und zwei Podeste für die Notausgänge werden erstellt.
