Description
For the purposes of our research, we require a system capable of performing under the following conditions: • Magnetic Field: Up to 9 Tesla • Temperature: Down to 4 Kelvin and below • Sample Environment: Precise temperature control achievable through the introduction of an inert exchange gas in the sample compartment • Optical Access: Minimization of thermal radiation via a cryogenically cooled microscope objective • Integration Capability: Flexible sample space positioning to facilitate integration with our existing scanning Near-Field Optical Microscope (sNOM) • Operational Stability: Mechanical stability of the positioning system under high magnetic fields and cryogenic temperatures. We have conducted a comprehensive market survey to assess the availability of alternative suppliers capable of meeting these specific technical requirements and have retained all documentation related to this process. Based on this assessment, only the system provided by the company attocube systems AG fulfills all criteria.
