Description

Hankkeessa rakennetaan 4-kerroksinen vuokrakerrostalo ja piharakennus Lempäälän Saikan asuntomessualueelle, korttelin 245 tontille 2 (kiinteistötunnus 418-2-245-2). Tontin koko rakennusoikeus on tarkoitus käyttää. Hankkeen tavoitteena on tuottaa tilaajan tarpeet täyttävä rakennus kustannustehokkaasti niin, että rakennuskohteelle asetetut toiminnalliset ja laadulliset tavoitteet, sekä asemakaavan vaatimukset täytetään. Kohteen tulee olla valmis alueella järjestettäviin asuntomessuihin mennessä.
